When you open the package, it looks like it contains a box of chocolates, but in reality it’s a box full of ramen noodles.

Recipe Notes *If you’d like to make your own ramen broth, you can also buy it from a Japanese restaurant in the US.
If you prefer to use kimchy broth, it should be cooked for 1-2 minutes at a time.
The broth will be slightly thinner, and it may have a slightly different flavor.
You can use more broth if you wish.
If the broth is not cooked to your liking, you’ll need to add more water if you would like to use the broth.
If using a large amount of broth, make sure that you don’t overdo it and it’ll be very difficult to make the broth thin enough to use with ramen.
*You can also use a stockpot, which will not have the same effect.
You may have to adjust the salt to taste as well, and you can use less of the broth if necessary.
This may also require a little more cooking time.
