Wilson Ramos will be back in the fold for Borussia Dortmund this weekend as he is set to be reunited with Borussia Monchengladbach coach Jurgen Klopp.
Ramos, who signed a new contract in July, returned to Dortmund’s starting line-up at the end of the 2016/17 campaign and has since been involved in six goals in 14 games for the Bundesliga club.
After his international debut in October, Ramos scored his first senior goal in a friendly against Hungary.
He also netted against Poland and Germany in 2018, scoring three goals in four matches.
The 25-year-old has scored 15 goals in his previous 23 Bundesliga appearances.
He has started every single Bundesliga game in the last three seasons.
In 2016/18, Ramos played in all three Champions League matches for Boraspor, scoring two goals in a 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in the first leg.
Ramos was also involved in two goals against Benfica in the quarter-finals of the Europa League in 2017/18.
The Boras star has been a key player for Dortmund in recent years and has scored five goals in 19 appearances in all competitions for the club.
Ramas will be joined on the Dortmund squad by Christian Pulisic and Jürgen Klopp, who has been with the club for six years.
The German internationals will be hoping to continue the strong form that they have shown under Klopp, and add to the German’s Champions League tally of eight goals in eight matches.
