Ramada, a new luxury hotel in St Louis, will be open by the end of this year in Chicago.
The Ramada Hotel and Suites, a chain of upscale hotels, opened in downtown Chicago in 2015.
Now, Ramada has an official lease for the building, which will serve as a hotel and office space for Ramada and its partners.
The hotel and Suite will open to the public by the fall of 2019.
The company says it has secured an estimated $4.5 million in financing, and that it expects the building to open to guests in the summer of 2020.
The restaurant is slated to open in 2019, and will feature a wide variety of dishes.
Ramada will be operated by Marriott International and its Chicago subsidiary, American Express.
The partnership with American Express comes as Ramada continues to attract high-profile guests.
A year ago, the company opened a restaurant in New York City, the Ramada Deli and Lounge.
The Chicago restaurant, called The Ramadeen, has also opened in New Orleans.
Ramadah Hotel in Chicago is the latest in a series of luxury hotel expansions that have occurred in Chicago in recent years.
In 2015, the hotel opened its doors to guests for the first time.
The next year, Ramadas Grand Palace in Chicago opened.
In 2017, the building hosted a series at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater.
In 2018, the space hosted the Grand Ball at the United Center, and in 2019 it hosted the Uptown Chicago Jazz Festival.
The New York and Chicago locations are the latest additions to Ramada’s portfolio, as the company expanded in the Midwest in 2017 and 2018.
The new Ramada location in Chicago will be part of Ramada International, the Chicago-based company that opened a hotel in the Chicago suburb of Joliet.
