This is a quick and easy chicken noodle soup recipe with a delicious combination of spices and ingredients.
You will need the following ingredients:1.5 cups chicken broth2.5 tbsp minced garlic1.25 cups chicken stock2 cups chicken thighs2 cups white chicken stock1 cup diced tomatoes1 cup white pepper1 cup chopped onions2 tbsp minced fresh parsley3 tbsp fresh ginger1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried thyme1 tsp black pepper, plus more for garnish1/4 tsp salt1 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup chicken broth1/3 cup chopped fresh parsnips (optional)2 tbsp vegetable oilSalt and pepper to taste.
To prepare the broth:1) Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and add the chicken broth.
Cook the broth for about 3 minutes.
2) Remove from heat and set aside.3) Place the chicken thighs in a food processor and pulse until the chicken pieces are fully cooked.4) Add the stock and chicken thighs and pulse for about 1 minute.5) Add minced garlic, chicken stock, chicken thighs, and white chicken broth to the food processor.
Add the chicken stock and pulse to combine.6) Add diced tomatoes, parsley, fresh ginger, and garlic powder and pulse a couple more times.7) Add chicken broth, chicken broth and broth to pot and mix well.8) Add chopped onions, ginger, salt and pepper and mix until the soup is well combined.9) Add parsnip and chicken broth mixture to the soup.10) Add parmesans and cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes or until chicken is soft.11) Serve with parmesants.
